How to turn yourself into a hypnotized thermal cyclist
Now, what do I do to stay in shape?

I love hypnosis. Have you ever heard of apps on your phone, that you download and then listen at night? Hypnosis, right..

The guy on the other side (sometimes a girl) tells you all about how much you don’t want to eat fatty greasy sugary food and how much you love to exercise. The trick though is that these hypnosis apps play another recording, that you actually can’t hear, because it is very quiet. These other recordings do play the role in the hypnosis way more than the guy or a girl just saying how awesome you are.

I have no idea what exactly is on that second recording (never consciously heard it), but it works!!!!! Waking up next morning & guess what? Nope, no chocolate for mommy… Makes me puke!

Have you ever tried cycling class? YMCAs have that class with no additional charge. Just included in the membership. Yes, it works. You burn so much fat there! Plus, it is like you are stuck in the class and can’t get out of there for the whole 40 minutes. It is a cult. They play very loud music, dozens of people do the same rhythmical moves, no breaks, sometimes in the dark (if the class is in the evening), and the instructor hypnotizes you what to do! Yes, it works.

Have you tried those thermal pants and thermal belts? I did. They make me drain myself, literally. They drain all my sweat out of me. I turn into a sweaty sweaty yakee little piglet.

That’s it for right now. Go try the hypnosis, the cycling and the thermal clothes! Go turn yourself into a hypnotized thermal cyclist.

Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations. Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, moderate-vigorous Physical exercise, physical activity, and sufficient rest.

Before the industrial revolution, fitness was the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue. However, with automation and changes in lifestyles physical fitness is now considered a measure of the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situations.
